Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship Monday through Friday, except on holidays, including Federal holidays in which postal service is closed.  We endeavor to ship orders as soon as possible after it has been processed but due to the nature of some of our products and circumstances beyond our control (like weather), shipping may be delayed.

Perishable items such as plants, we ship Monday-Wednesday.  We ship in the order payment is received, with the exception of the following:

EGGS are shipped same day laid Monday-Wednesday, and Thursday if you don't mind the possibility of a Saturday Delivery (you need to let us know).  We want to do everything possible to help your chances of a Great Hatch.

In COLD/FREEZING WEATHER, we ask that you let us know when you will have a 3-4 day window of opportunity above freezing temperatures.  We will ship during that window of opportunity as long as the Girls are cooperating by laying the eggs.  Winter time can be a bit slower for them.  We will keep you informed, and notify you when your order is being shipped.  Tracking number will be provided.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for refund of purchase price of the item only, not shipping, under these conditions:

We must be notified within 7 days of intent to return item.

Items must be returned in same condition as sent (healthy in tack); items must be returned in same mannner as shipped (Priority Mail..OR & packing).

Upon receipt of item and inspection, if all of the above is satisfactory, we will give full refund of purchase price ONLY, or you may choose a store credit or exchange. If an exchange is desired, you will still be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange item. .
